How much does a custom pavilion cost?
The average pavilion is in the $10,000 – $30,000 range.
Which is a more popular material for your pavilions: vinyl or wood?
It ends up being about 50/50. What are the differences between the two materials? Customers who prefer wood normally prefer the appearance of wood, while customers who prefer vinyl are usually more interested in the maintenance free and longevity of a vinyl clad product.
What are the flooring and roofing materials that will be used in building my pavilion?
A pavilion typically doesn’t have a floor, other than the concrete base. The standard roofing material we use is a 50-year composition shingle, with the option to upgrade to a metal roof.
Cupola, roofing material, and electrical packages are mentioned as upgrades. What is the cost breakdown for each upgrade?
Due to the complexity of pricing, you will need to speak to one of our sales representatives to receive a quote for upgrades and customizations.
What site prep work needs to be done prior to installing my pavilion?
We just need a level concrete patio or concrete footers installed for the posts to be anchored to.
Can you also help with my outdoor kitchen installation?
We don’t sell or install outdoor kitchens, but we can coordinate your pavilion install with the contractor doing your outdoor kitchen.
